Advanced Industrial Services, Inc. and AIS Graphic Services, Inc. (hereafter referred to simply as “AIS”), as more specifically set forth in the “Terms and Conditions” of AIS, warrants that the materials and labor AIS provides will be free from defects for a period of one year from the date of substantial completion.
AIS warrants its work-product will meet or exceed industry standards for all services rendered, provided the below outlined conditions are met without exception. All supplies, materials, components or equipment provided separately or as a portion of our contract is subject to the original manufacturers (OEM’s) warranty pass-through for resale as applicable at the time of purchase.
This warranty, as more specifically set forth in the “Terms and Conditions” of AIS, is exclusive. Should any workmanship be determined to be non-compliant with this warranty, the customer must notify AIS in writing of the claimed defect and demonstrate within the warranty period said discrepancies. All claims must relate to the original scope of work as defined by the contract, and is predicated on complete payment of all outstanding invoices.
AIS shall at its own expense furnish corrective services for any workmanship determined to be non-compliant with this warranty. Rectification of any defects shall be solely at AIS’s discretion and control, to both commence and be completed within a reasonable time period. Under no circumstance shall AIS be responsible for repairs completed by others unless contracted directly by, and under the complete supervision of, AIS. Any delay in reporting, causing excess damage, or unapproved repairs, will result in termination of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall AIS be liable for incidental, special, liquidated, or consequential damages.
The warranty is nullified should a repair be required due to negligence, misuse, or abuse on the behalf of the Customer, acts of God, or performance of work at the site by a party other than AIS or its designated representative.
This warranty, as more specifically set forth in the “Terms and Conditions” of AIS, shall be in force at the time of original contract and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and does not warrant against damages caused by or defects in products or components not manufactured by AIS. Oral or other written statements by AIS employees or its authorized representatives do not constitute warranties, shall not be relied upon by the customer, and are not part of any contract for sale or warranty.
